Earlier this year, a dramatic event unfolded before Regional Vice President & Broker, Rick Molner with our Philly office. While waiting in his car outside of Target, Rick spotted a man rushing to the aid of a frantic group of people and an unconscious woman. This man put his own health at risk, performing CPR in the midst of a pandemic. Impressed by the selfless act, Rick tracked down the hero and contacted the local media who covered the story. Rick learned A.J. was a Marine Corps veteran struggling in his career, so he graciously offered to sponsor his real estate license and startup costs. “I don’t consider myself a hero. I was just doing the right thing. Rick is the real hero of this story. By the grace of God, he was there that day. He’s given me the greatest opportunity to obtain my real estate license and come work for United,” stated A.J. “I was an electrician by trade, but it wasn’t paying the bills. We struggled to put food on the table. So not only did he save me, but also my family. Now I can provide them financial stability and a lifestyle they deserve,” he explained. “Right now, I’m working on customizing my Agent website and letting friends and family know I’m ready to help them buy or sell. Bullseye+ and the Agent tools are great. I feel like I have the support I need to be successful,” he added. “During this time of a global pandemic, it is always a blessing to meet someone who is selfless and puts others first. When I witnessed Andrew in action trying to save another’s life, I knew that he only cared for the person in need,” stated Rick. “When the opportunity presented itself for Andrew to consider real estate as a career, we felt as a company he would be a great fit and an inspiration to all those around him,” he added.
